Customer Survey 2017
The annual HR Dept customer survey rated our performance at 9.1/10 and a whopping 93% of customers would recommend us.
Our growing SME customer base is quite diverse a third of the respondents (36%) of customers are micro businesses (employing 1-10 people), just under half (46%) employ between 11 and 50 people, a fifth (17%) have 51-250 staff and 1% have over 250 employees.
The HR Dept Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a measurement of how likely a customer is to recommend a business, was 79, head and shoulders above the global average of 24.
